1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jaytechds.com or using any of our services (including our Telegram bots @Intervault_bot, @StreamNGiptvbot, @jdconvert_bot), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations.

2. Our Services

Jaytech Digital Services provides:

• Electronics sales: Laptops, smartphones, accessories and gadgets
• IT services: Repairs, network setup, CCTV installation, consulting
• InterVault: Digital software license keys
• StreamNG IPTV: Internet Protocol Television subscriptions
• JD Convert: File conversion tools with free and credit-based tiers

3. Account Registration

When using our Telegram bots, your Telegram account serves as your identity. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account. You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. You agree to provide accurate information when requested.

4. Payments

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack
• All sales are final unless covered by our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time with reasonable notice
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

5. Digital Products (InterVault)

• License keys are delivered via Telegram and email after payment confirmation
• License keys are for personal use only unless otherwise stated
• You must not resell, share or redistribute license keys
• All licenses are genuine and sourced from authorized distributors
• Delivery is within 2 hours of payment — usually instant

6. IPTV Subscriptions (StreamNG)

• IPTV credentials are delivered within 1 hour of payment confirmation
• Subscriptions are for personal use only — sharing is not permitted
• Service availability may vary due to factors outside our control
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime of any specific channel
• Adult content access requires you to confirm you are 18 years or older

7. JD Convert Credits

• Credits never expire once purchased
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• 1 credit is consumed per premium conversion (PDF to Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Free users get 5 conversions per day using basic conversion engines
• Credits are not refundable once used
• We reserve the right to adjust credit usage rates with 30 days notice

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose under Nigerian law
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer or disrupt our services
• Resell our digital products without written authorisation
• Use our file conversion service for copyrighted material you do not own
• Abuse free tier limits by creating multiple accounts
• Share IPTV credentials with more connections than your subscription allows

9. Intellectual Property

All content on jaytechds.com including text, design, logos and code is the property of Jaytech Digital Services. Software licenses sold through InterVault remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Jaytech Digital Services shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Service downtime due to third-party providers (Telegram, Paystack, Adobe)
• Damage caused by software purchased through InterVault

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services without notice if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our systems.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via our website or email.
